By commissioning me, you agree to all my terms.
"I", "me" refers to the artist delivering the service.
"You" refers to the client ordering the commission.
General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to all my terms and conditions.
I reserve the right to refuse/decline a commission at any time.
It should take around 2-3 weeks to finish the commission.
Depending on commission details and other factors, it may take me more time to finish.
Let me know if you need me to finish before a certain date, but you must commission me at least 2 weeks before the deadline.
You must be clear and precise with what you want from me in the commission, providing details and imagery so I can understand what you want. While having some creative liberty is nice sometimes, I prefer to know exactly what you want.
I will not draw in someone else's art style.
Commissions are only for personal/non-profit use.
No commercial use or use in any way that you may profit from.
I retain full rights to the art and may use it how I wish (portfolio use, posting online, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
If you would like me to keep all commission details private you must inform me before I start drawing.
Requesting to keep commission details private entails that I do not share any WIPs, stream/record the process, or post your commission anywhere.
Do not use my artwork for NFTs.
You may not trace or edit my artwork.
You may not claim my artwork as your own.
You can print your commission for PERSONAL USE only.
Do not print someone else's commission or my other artwork.
Payment and Refunds
All prices are in CAD.
Payment via PayPal invoice only. Do not send payment for the commission before I send an invoice.
You must pay the full amount due upfront. If the full payment is not received, I will not start the commission.
If payment is not made within 24 hours after I send the invoice, the order will be automatically cancelled.
My commissions are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that you purchase.
Nothing is ever required to be physically shipped to either parties.
I allow up to 3 minor changes if I'm already in the shading/rendering stage. Any changes after that will have an additional fee.
No refunds if I have already started unless I'm cancelling the order myself.
I may refund your order should I feel uncomfortable with the commission or while discussing the commission.
